Orders taken by telephone on 0845 226 7138 are sent out in within 14 days dependent on time of year and if we
have the products in stock.
Internet orders for
these products can take up to an extra 14 days after processing. If you want
something urgent ask - we may be able to comply !!!
Orders and codes are usually done by e-mail within a few days.

What is the availability of goods?
Most products are x-stock and are despatched the day receipt of payment,
products out of stock can normally be despatched within 28 days often very
quickly
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Software products are marketed as "shareware" - we offer a fully functional evaluation/download
version for potential users to "try before you buy".
(Download a FREE Evaluation!) Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchases the
registered version from us, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and functionalities,
so that no refund/return request would therefore be requested by the user on such basis.
If you have not tested our free evaluation versions from our download sites, please do so before you
place your order to make sure that the product you are ordering is what you want.
When you download or are shipped the software, it is considered to be 'Opened'.
Opened software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method.
Also please understand that software, which is considered 'intellectual property",
has the unique ability to be copied unlike a physical product.
Because you have the chance (whether or not you avail yourself of this service) to try-before-you-buy,
a fully functional evaluation copy, there are no refunds or returns for any reason.
Damaged CDs may only be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase by sending the
damaged product to the return address on the package. Please email us at support if you need the address
to return the damaged item to.
Please Note: Once a code has been issued for the software the order cannot be cancelled as this
could have been used in a computer.
No refunds are possible for the same reason as the activation code for the software bought has been given.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time providing that the goods have not been
despatched. To cancel an order phone 0845 226 7138 stating the order date and
your name and email address and order number.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Delivery will normally be made within 14 working days following payment of order.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday. There will
be no despatch on bank holidays and orders received on bank holidays will be
despatched on the next working day.
